“MJ MusicZone” is a website that offers online training on various categories of music. To benefit from these services, you must read and adhere to the “Terms”, hereinafter defined. The user of the website: www.mjmusiczone.com acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use this site.

This site is the property of the company MJ MusicZone with office located in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. The use of all or part of the services offered by “MJ MusicZone” implies on your part a total acceptance and unconditional of all these Terms of Use. “MJ MusicZone” reserves the right to modify at any time, without notice, all or part of these Terms of Use. The “MJ MusicZone” Terms of Use will be regularly adapted to meet legal and regulatory requirements. Changes made by “MJ MusicZone” to the Terms and Conditions of Use will only be binding upon the moment they are published on the Site. Therefore, you are invited to regularly consult our Terms of Use, permanently available on the Site. In any case, you are deemed to have accepted the latest version of the Terms of Use for each new connection to the Site. The use of our services implies to have an Internet connection and the appropriate computer equipment whose all costs, fees, subscriptions and taxes are independent of the Services offered by “MJ MusicZone” and your exclusive responsibility. 

Subscription / un-subscription:

Only persons who have duly completed the form containing all the mandatory information requested by “MJ MusicZone” and who have accepted without reservation to these Terms of Use may benefit from our services. Access to all Services offered by “MJ MusicZone” is conditioned by your subscription. You must complete all the required fields to access our services. On the occasion of your registration, you will be asked to provide personal information, which will then enable you to identify yourself and facilitate your navigation and your access to the various services. By completing the subscription form, you agree to provide only accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You will update this information each time you change your situation. If we know or believe that all or part of the information provided during your subscription is incorrect, incomplete or fanciful, we reserve the right to close your account and block any further access to our services, without prejudice to any other remedy or action. 

Definition of consumption of service

We consider that the service is consumed as soon as you enter your password and your login to connect to our services and make your presence on the specific sessions, irrespective of the quality of your connection or your performance during the session.

Prices and commitment

All prices of the respective course and batches are mentioned on the website. These prices are subject to change at the discretion of "MJ MusicZone". You are not entitled for a refund if the prices fall for a specific course that you already paid for. The taxes for the prices are calculated as per the rules from time to time. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of subscription of the service and for the duration of the latter. The prices are based on the subscription option you choose, they are expressed in US Dollars and payments must be made in advance. In case of insufficient provision or any other reason for non-payment, or a chargeback on card payment, we can legally and without it being necessary to send you a formal notice, suspend access to our services. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription, automatically, without judicial or extrajudicial formality.

“MJ MusicZone” can make changes to its service, including the contents of its courses. New services and contents are added regularly. Applying improvement of our educational approach, certain contents and services can be moved or deleted. Any modification of this offer of service cannot constitute anyways to be the object of any compensation.

Creating the user account

To create an “MJ MusicZone” Account, you must be of legal age or duly authorized to do so. Parents or guardians of parental authority are advised to monitor the use made by their children of access to our services. They must know that our services are likely to interest a large public, including children and it is their responsibility to limit their children’s access to some of our services and monitor more generally the use they will make of our service. If you are under 18 years of age, you declare and acknowledge that you have obtained permission from your parents or legal guardians to use our services on the “MJ MusicZone” website and to subscribe. Your parents are responsible for complying with all the provisions of these Terms of Use.

This applies to your expression, speech and any textual communication.  "MJ MusicZone" has full discretion and rights to determine and decide on this, which might lead to permanent removal of your studentship from the learning portal with no liability of refunding any fees in full or pro-rated basis.

Data retention

In accordance with the regulations in force, the data collected during the registration are kept by “MJ MusicZone” as proof of the contract, as well as the proofs of the communications and sending of the possible data. The archiving of these data by “MJ MusicZone” is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy, in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.
